During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, the Balmain agency continued operating from home while maintaining service to its long-standing clients.

Paul took ownership of Globetrotters Travel & Cruise from Clive and Anne Arnold.

The agency moved to the upstairs suite at 314-322 Darling Street, Balmain.

The store rebranded to Globetrotters Travel & Cruise, under Clive and Anne Arnold, continuing the business from the Margaret Street location.

The agency joined Travellers Choice as Globetrotters Travel under Clive and Anne Arnold with the official trading name becoming Globetrotters Travel Agency later that year.

May 2003 - Toowoomba

Safaris Into Africa was registered and later operated from the Margaret Street site under Clive and Anne Arnold.

January 2003 - Balmain Village

Harvey World Travel became Global Village Travel, Joined Travellers Choice and moved to 1/13 Beattie Street, Balmain.

January 1994 - Toowoomba

Darling Downs Travel and American Express Travel Services was registered, continuing the agency’s long-standing presence in the Darling Downs region.

August 1992 - Balmain Village

Heidi Kervinen took over and opened the Balmain agency as Harvey World Travel in Loyalty Square Arcade, opposite Woolworths.

June 1992 - Toowoomba

Darling Downs Travel Agency registration was cancelled, with the business continuing under the name Darling Downs Travel Service between 1992 and 1994.

May 1949 - Toowoomba

Darling Downs Travel Agency was opened, beginning what is now more than 75 years of continuous travel agency history in Toowoomba.
